Sometimes the homeowner cannot, or for some reason is not able to, sign the proposal it is possible for the back office administrator to do so on the homeowner's behalf.
A consultant level user will not see the "For office use only" button. So they will not be able to accept the proposal on the customers behalf.
A dialogue window will pop up confirming if you really want to accept the proposal on behalf of the homeowner. Select ACCEPT or GO BACK:
Remember: this feature is not recommended and is ONLY to be used with the consumer's permission!
Once the proposal is accepted, the homeowner will receive the accepted proposal email template. However, it will not notify them you accepted on their behalf.
