In order to make it easy for you to track the lifecycle of your Consultation, we enabled them with a color-coded Status:

DRAFTS

  • You can always go back to a Proposal that was started but didn't get to the Accepted stages

  • If you send a proposal to a customer and then decide to go in and EDIT it, it will revert itself to Draft.  As soon as you are done, hit PRESENT again. The customer will now see the latest updated version.

PRESENTED

  • Filter by Presented Status to see which consumers need a follow-up: you can promote a significantly faster acceptance rate by following up with consumers who haven't made their minds up yet. To become a real job-closing guru track your Proposal History regularly.

ACCEPTED

  • Increase your sales by sending promotions and sales deals to consumers whose names are on the Accepted Proposals

  • You can always sign the Proposal on behalf of the consumer if he/she instructs you to do so.

LOST

  • Highlight the jobs that are not going through just yet. There may be multiple reasons for losing a proposal, but it might be recoverable.

  • You can remove the Lost status after the customer comes back.

Inside your Proposal App and Office Manager, you can filter all your existing proposals by their Statuses.
