How to create a new Consultation. How to assign a consultation to a consultant.

Every new Proposal is a new sales opportunity. To avoid strong sales language we use the word "Consultation" instead. OnCall Air has put a lot of thought into making the design and flow of building a new proposal as easy and intuitive as possible.

We have also considered different scenarios to make sure you do not miss possible opportunities. That's why you can create Consultations not only on the spot, but also from your back office or on the go and assign them to your technicians or agents later.

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Start with logging into your app.

2. Click on "Create Consultation":

3. Pick a nice descriptive name for your consultation, so that you could easily recover it or reference to your technicians:

e.g. : "Direct replacement of Condensing Unit for Phil Smith"

4. To assign the consultation choose from the list of available consultants, who might be either your technicians or sales representatives:

5. Fill out all the necessary fields with your client's information. All the fields are required to make sure you have a detailed record. It might come in handy if you would want to keep track of your devoted customers.

6. After you've clicked "Save" your consultation will be created.

If you decide to finish it later you can find it in "drafts". That's when having an informative consultation's name ( point 3 ) will come in handy.
