Both the accepted proposal and the Inspector display all recommendations, whether they were added or not by the customer. This means that both you and the customer can view all the add-ons that were suggested at the time the proposal was accepted. This helps avoid any awkward conversations or confusion about which recommendations were offered after the job has been accepted.
