Effective January 31, 2025, we’re updating our financing process to streamline your workflow and enhance customer experience. This article outlines the key changes and benefits to our new system.
What's happening
The standalone Finance+ app and its “Easylink” application will be discontinued. Instead, financing plans will now include direct links for customers to apply through the GreenSky or Fortiva apps.
This transition leverages the GreenSky and Fortiva platforms you already use and trust. Your team’s existing access to these applications will ensure a smooth changeover.
Why we're making this change
Our updated system offers several advantages:
Direct Access: Connects OnCall Air's sales process directly to our financing partners' platforms.
Enhanced Brand Experience: Customers interact with the lender's brand directly, increasing trust and recognition.
Simplified Workflow: Eliminates the need for a separate financing app, streamlining your process and saving time.

Current financing plans will automatically convert to standard plans you can continue to add or edit as needed
Proposal / Presentation
Financing section will now include a direct application link to your account with the financing partner
All existing Finance+ plans will be transferred to the new system
