How can I have multiple user logins across accounts?

Use a single email address with multiple OnCall Air accounts

Some users may need to access OnCall Air at multiple companies, typically because those companies are owned by the same parent company.

Because the user is tied to an email address, typically it is expected that you have an email address at each company. This can be cumbersome to manage.

Instead, there is an email delivery option called "Sub-Addressing" that can be helpful, depending on your email service provider.

Subaddressing is simply creating an email address that includes a "+" sign. Everything after the + sign is ignored by your email service, which allows you to have multiple users that route to the same email.

NOTE: This technique depends on your email service provider. Many email services, such as Office/Outlook and Gmail, support subaddressing as described here. But some may not. Please check with your IT team before implementing this technique.

For instance, let's assume you are a parent company at "Cold Industries", and you have 3 companies using OnCall Air: Frosty, HeatWave, and Breezy. But you only have one email address: boss@coldindustries.com

As an admin user at Cold Industries, instead of creating logins for each subsidiary, you can create "sub-addresses" using the "+" notation:

Each of these is used to login at the respective OnCall Air accounts. But the emails delivered are all routed by your email server to boss@coldindustries.com.

This allows you to receive all your OnCall Air communications inside the same email inbox.
