Sometimes you may want to email a nice PDF version of a Proposal, or maybe your customers have a stubborn email client that doesn't allow any links in the email body. Whatever your reasons are, try sending proposals via PDF file.
How to Save as PDF on Desktop Computer
If you are on your desktop, simply click on the accepted proposal or a presented proposal option (as of right now, you cannot include the side-by-side comparison view) and hit PRINT in the top right corner:
Then select an option to "Save as PDF..." from the dropdown in the bottom-left corner:
You will see a beautiful PDF proposal saved in the folder that you've specified:
Go ahead and compose a short friendly email.
Add the PDF that you have saved earlier as an attachment to delight your customers:
