Homeowners may not always need to replace or buy new equipment. They may simply want a new air quality device or to purchase a preventative maintenance plan.

The OnCall Air Proposal App now has the capability of building proposals with only Accessories (Thermostats, Air Quality Devices, Service Plans, etc). In this tutorial, I will demonstrate how to build an Accessory Only proposal.

Can't find the accessory you're looking for? Try this article. Need to add your own custom accessory? Learn how here.

Steps to Building an Accessory Only Proposal:

    1. Create a Consultation

Create a consultation from the Consultations page and complete the Customer and Survey sections as you would any other proposal.

    2. Click on Accessory Only

Once you arrive at the equipment page, click on the Accessory Only tab about midway down the page.

    3. Drag the Card

You can drag up to three empty cards to a bundle positions, allowing you to present multiple accessory options side by side. For each card you add to your consultation, a separate proposal option will be created, allowing you to present your accessory options side by side.

    4. Select your Accessories and Installation Items

Continue building your proposal as you would any proposal, selecting the accessories and installation items for each proposal option and click on Next.

   5. Review and Present your Proposal

Review your Accessory Only Proposal before you present to the customer on the Summary to confirm that everything is correct. Then, click on Present.

How does it look on my customers proposal?

Here is how the accessories will appear on a homeowners proposal.
