How to add and edit your About the Company and Terms and Conditions

Add and edit your About the Company, Terms and Conditions, Payment Terms, and Other Forms and Contracts in the Company Profile in the Office

Displaying your company information on your presented proposals is important. Make sure you are displaying up to date and accurate information to your consumers. In the My Company section you can edit the:

  • Company Name

  • Business Phone Number

  • Business Email Address (read more here)

  • Street Address

  • HVAC License

  • About the Company

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Payment Terms

  • Other Forms & Contracts


To create or change any of those fields, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Office >> Settings >> My Company

   2. Click on each of the About the Company, Terms and Conditions, Payment Terms,         and Other Forms and Contracts tabs in order to expand them. They can be filled           out by copy and pasting information you already have or typing in the text box.

   3.  Finally, click Save.

You have now successfully added/edited your company information and forms!
