If you are using the Custom Equipment catalog, then you have the option to offer up to 3 bullet point feature highlights. These highlights will be visible on the proposal comparison page when presenting to a customer. Think of these as key features about the equipment you want to stand out like "Up to 20 SEER Rating".
This tutorial will explain exactly how you can add key feature highlights to your custom equipment that can be "quick-viewed" by your customers right from the main comparison page on your presented proposals.
PLEASE NOTE: This feature is provided for you to use to your advantage as you see fit but is not required to be used. Custom equipment can still be created and presented in proposals without the use of Feature Highlights. Enjoy!
Follow these steps:
Go to the Office, and click on Equipment then Custom Equipment on the left side menu.
2. Click on Create Equipment >> Select the system to create
3. After filling out the basic product information. You will reach the three feature highlights at the bottom. This is where you can list the three main features you want to showcase on this particular product:
4. Once you are done, make sure you click the Save button
You're all set! You can now show those key Feature Highlights to your customers when you present your Custom Equipment.
