How to Add Assets to a Custom Accessory
Head to the Office --> Accessories --> Click Add Accessory (Custom):
Add a Video
To upload a video, click on the Add button right next to the Videos section:
Input the Title of the video, followed by the YouTube URL, then click Add:
To maintain consistent formatting and security, videos must be hosted on YouTube. You can add up to 2 videos per custom accessory.
Add a PDF Document
Click the Add button in the Documents section:
You can upload up to 5 PDF documents per custom accessory by either:
Selecting a file from your computer, or
Dragging and dropping the file into the upload area
How Assets Appear in Proposals
When a homeowner views a custom accessory in a presented or accepted proposal, they can open it to view the associated videos and documents you’ve added:
