The Show Product Model Numbers setting allows you to control whether equipment model numbers are displayed on presented and accepted proposals.
How It Works
When this setting is enabled, product model numbers will be displayed alongside the equipment on presented and accepted proposals:
Model numbers will be displayed for all live equipment, live accessories, and custom equipment. Model numbers are not displayed for custom accessories to prevent the generic “CUSTOM” model number associated with many custom accessories from appearing on the proposal and potentially confusing consumers.
When this setting is disabled, product model numbers will be hidden from presented and accepted proposals.
How to Enable or Disable the Setting
Navigate to Office.
Select Settings.
Select Consultation Settings.
Locate Show Product Model Numbers.
Toggle the setting On or Off.
