These summaries explain the key highlights of each system—including comfort, efficiency, and overall value—in language that's easy for homeowners to understand.
By making proposals easier to understand, AI Proposal Summaries help create a more professional presentation while giving homeowners greater confidence in their purchasing decisions:
How it Works
When building a proposal, navigate to the Summary tab. In the Proposal AI Summary section, click Add to begin generating summaries:
To generate summaries for every proposal option at once, click Generate All.
To generate a summary for only a single proposal option, click Generate for that option:
AI-generated summaries can be edited at any time. Simply click inside the text box, make your changes, and click Save:
How AI Proposal Summaries Appear on Presented Proposals
When presenting a proposal to a homeowner, the AI Proposal Summary appears at the top of each proposal option. This gives homeowners a quick overview of each system before reviewing the equipment details:
What Happens When You Edit a Proposal?
If you make changes to a proposal option after generating an AI Proposal Summary, the system will notify you that the summary may no longer reflect the current proposal.
