Each proposal can include as many matchups as your customer might need.

To do that, simply drag and drop a Bundle into the same proposal option slot.

Once a bundle is in the proposal it becomes a System.

You can complement each system with a recommended or included FlexJob (read more).

Adding Multiple Systems to a Proposal

Dropping another bundle into a proposal slot adds it to the proposal as a second, third, fourth system.

To locate the right matchup, switch between System Types, Capacities, Live, Custom, and a FlexJob (read more).

Example of adding multiple Systems:

Reviewing Multiple Systems in a Proposal

After you have dropped Systems into the proposal, you can review them by clicking on each proposal.

If you are on your phone/tablet press your finger against the option you want to review. On the desktop, click on it with a mouse.

This Preview is available throughout the proposal builder (read more)

Removing a System

From the same proposal Preview, you can click on a trash icon to remove any System or FlexJob from that proposal.

Renaming a System

Each System can have its own label to clarify to the customer its value.

By default, the label will say "System", but it will only show up on the presentation to the customer if you customize it.

To do that, just click on the blue pencil to the left of each System, enter the new label and hit Save.

Adding Accessories and Installation Items to a System

If you decide to include Accessories or Installation Items in each System you can select them individually on the following tabs.

Example of Including the Accessories per System:

Presenting Multi-System Proposals

Presenting the customer with multiple systems inside a single proposal option is fast and easy.

They will clearly see the first three (3) systems expanded exposing any included products.

If you have more than 3 systems presented, the customer can click on each system to expand it as well.
