Whether it be a typo made in the proposal, a consumer accepting the wrong proposal, or a simple case of buyers remorse, you need to have the ability to unaccept a proposal in OnCall Air. This tutorial will walk you through how to unaccept a proposal:
Find the Accepted proposal you would like to change and click on it
2. Click the unaccept button
3. Click Ok
4. The proposal is now reverted back the Presented status. If you need to edit the proposal simply click on the Edit button
Once you have made changes, make sure to present the proposal again so the consumer can accept the newly updated proposal.
The good news! If you edit and present a proposal it only counts as 1 presented proposal towards your subscription fee. As always we never bill for Drafts.
