With the introduction of the latest version of Google Chrome, some of our users have experienced an issue where, when they attempt to select a capacity for a given system type, Chrome tries to suggest the name of a city rather than let them to select a capacity.

OnCall Air is working on an update to eliminate this issue, but in the meantime, here is a simple solution to fix this.

How to Disable Google Chrome AutoFill

  1. First, go to Chrome's settings (three dot button in the top right corner)

  2. Next, look for the addresses menu:

  3. Finally, turn off the AutoFill feature

Now the capacity dropdown will allow you select a capacity as usual.
