Before you start creating proposals you will need to complete the initial set-up process to ensure the system is configured to meet the needs of your company.
The initial set-up is comprised of 5 main tasks:
Configure Equipment (What equipment do I want to offer?)
Configure Equipment Price (Margins, labor, material)
Configure and Price Accessories (Thermostats, air quality devices, service plans etc.)
Configure and Price Installation Items (Additional job costs)
Settings & Company Information (Terms and Conditions, Financing Options, Add users etc.)
We will walk you through how to do each step in this Getting Started Guide.
We recommend writing down any questions you may come across and then scheduling your Onboarding call once you have gone through this initial set-up guide.
The Customer Success team is also available to help guide you through this set-up process. Anytime you come across questions you can reach out to us using the chatbox in the bottom right corner of the application.
