What is Credit for Comfort?

Credit for Comfort is a sister company of ours. They are partnered up with different lenders that are integrated into the Credit for Comfort app, simplifying the process when you are trying to get one of your customers approved for financing.

What does my customer get when clicking on request financing?

Your customers will have the option of receiving a link to apply for financing through text or email. They will be able to apply and get a decision immediately.


How do I know if my customers have requested financing?

Just like you can check what plans your customers are looking at in OnCall Air’s event log, you will now see if they have requested financing. In addition, you should set up Email Notifications for your team members to avoid missing any submitted financing applications.


Where do I track my customers’ application status?

Log into your Credit for Comfort app and go to your Application History. Here you will find out if your customers have applied using the Easy Link and what the status of the application is.


Why aren’t my plans in the Credit for Comfort app the same as those I selected on OCA?

We want to make sure that you are free to make any changes on each platform on the go without those changes ever affecting your settings. If for example, you switch a plan of Credit for Comfort this won’t affect how you have financing set up in OnCall Air. If you wish that both platforms match each other, just log in to each of them and select the same plans!
