What is an Installation Item? An installation item is a line item on a proposal, some people refer to as "job tasks" or "scope of work". Common installation items include:

  • Maintaining a clean work area

  • Complete system startup

  • Install float switches

These line items will appear on a proposal presented to a customer. They do not show a picture or a price to the consumer.

To create installation items go to Office >> Installation Items >> Create Item

All installation items are custom, which means they are created manually by the user.
