How to Include Accessories in Live Bundles

Learn how to include up to two accessories automatically for Live Equipment bundles

As a feature of Live Bundles, you can bundle up to two accessories. These could be thermostats, air quality devices, heat kits, and more. This feature is great for items you know you for sure want bundled with that equipment every time it is presented. Then your sales team will not forget which heat kit to add or make a mistake offering the wrong thermostat.

You have the ability to assign up to two accessories to be automatically included in a specific live bundle.

You can always decide to unselect them when building a proposal.

NOTE: this functionality is NOT available in the Custom Bundle builder.

How does it work?

1. Go to the Office >> Equipment >> Bundle Manager.

2. Add a new bundle or edit a current bundle, and click on "Add item +."

3. Begin typing the name or model number of the accessory and select from the results below.

4. Click on the "+" to add it to the bundle.

You're good to go! The accessories you selected will be automatically included from now on as part of that system when you or any of your team members build a proposal with that matchup.
