How to get started with the connection to Housecall Pro

If you're already using HouseCall Pro and OnCall Air, it's easy to get set up, but there are a few steps to follow. Remember, this is a one-time process and once done you won't have to do this again.  It typically takes one business day to set up.

Read below to see the four steps below to get setup. 

Step 1. Obtain your Token from the OnCall Air team

Your OnCall Air success rep will provide you with a token via a email or a chat message.

Keep this token safe, you'll need it in the next step.

Log into the Web version of HouseCall Pro (not the app), and click at the top on My Apps, then on the link GO TO APP STORE:

Step 3. Copy your Token into Housecall Pro

Find the card for OnCall Air, and then click on the "Get" button.

Now you can add your token that the OnCall Air team sent you via email.

Click on the button next to DISABLED, to enable the OnCall Air integration.

Make sure you have copied your token into your clipboard

Quick tip - copy and paste

To copy text quickly on a Mac, first highlight the text you want to copy, and then press the "Command" key and the "C" key together (on a Mac). In Windows, same process but using "Ctrl" key with the "C" key together.

To then paste that text somewhere else, use the Command-V combination (Mac), or Ctrl-V in Windows

Step 3 OnCall Air team verifies the integration with HouseCall Pro

Once you'd done this, let the OnCall Air team know by replying to the email or by chatting. 

We'll then make sure the HouseCall Pro side of the integration is also verified, and send you a final verification to get started.
