What are active and archived proposals?

As you and your team are building more and more customer proposals, that list gets longer and longer.

At some point, you would want to clear that list and put some of the older, expired, or test consultations out of sight and away from the main navigation page. These will be your Archived consultations.

The rest of the Consultations that you want to continue working on, will be your Active Consultations.

How to Archive a Consultation?

Right now, only an admin can Archive a consultation. So a user without admin access will have to ask their admin teammates to go to the office into the Consultation list and Archive a specific consultation for them.

When a Consultation is Archived:

Archived Consultations will no longer show up in the main navigation or dashboard view of the proposal builder:

How to Activate a Consultation?

Any admin can bring an Archived consultation back to the active consultations list.

Two things will happen when a Consultation is Active:

  1. This consultation will appear in the main navigation or dashboard view of the proposal builder:

2. Consumer whose email is on file will receive any follow-ups that are still left in the queue. Scheduled email follow-ups associated with that consultation will NOT stop if archived (Use the Lost Status to terminate email follow-ups )
