Value-based selling is all about putting the value before the price when offering your products and services.

With an optional enhancement, you can help make your OnCall Air proposals  "Value First" by removing the subtotal at the top of the Proposal:

Turning on this feature will remove the System Subtotal section from the top of the proposal, so your customer is more likely to read the value in the equipment, accessories, services, and recommendations you are making:

Here is an example of a proposal without the subtotal -- and with a couple of other suggested techniques to enhance the introduction to your proposal:

Here are some common questions about this feature:

So how do you turn on this feature ?

For now, we can do it for you. Just send us a message in the chat to remove the subtotal on the proposal, and we'll take care of it quickly. Or you can always send the request to support@oncallair.com.

What about older proposals? Will they change too?

When you turn on this feature, it will not change the display of proposals that are already presented or accepted. If you want to remove the display on a Presented Proposal, you'll need to put it back in draft mode and re-present it.

What about the Comparison View?

You may be wondering how to do the same in the Comparison View? This feature above will not suppress the Total Investment from the comparison. However, we recommend using Financing so that the presentation is made with a monthly amount, rather than a total dollar amount (or use Text-Only financing to communicate potential financing options).
