Every Accepted OnCall Air Proposal has a nice and well-formatted PDF version.
You can easily save, email and print it not only from your desktop, but also using iPad or iPhone.
Save Proposal PDFs
Go to your Accepted Proposal.
Tap the print icon.
3. Then click the 'Upward arrow icon' to save to your files.
4. Press 'Save to Files
5. Check your Files, or search your Apps for 'Files'
6. You should see the PDF version saved once you locate it in your files:

Email and print Proposal PDFs
To print or email your Proposal PDFs from iBooks:
Open iBooks.
Tap the Proposal PDF that you want to print or email.
Tap the Share icon in the top menu bar.
Tap Print or Email, depending on what you want to do.
