How to offer Discounts before presenting a proposal to the customer

To save time and avoid errors, your admin can create an unlimited number of Discounts on the office side of the app (read more). This will become your Discount Catalog. You will access the Catalog to offer Discounts on a proposal.

The Catalog items cannot be edited. So you will not be able to adjust a description or the amount of the Discount that was created by the admin.

However, you can still create a Custom discount on the fly before presenting a proposal to the customer (read more).

How does it work?

  1. On Summary page >> Discounts section >> click Add Discount

  2. You will see Catalog tab and Custom tab

  3. In the Catalog tab scroll through the list of Discounts

  4. Select the Discount that you need

  5. Discounts outside the Discount Limit will not be applied

  6. Click Apply

  7. You will see the applied Discount name and amount in the Discount section

  8. Remove or add another
