How to offer Rebates before presenting a proposal to the customer

To save time and avoid errors, your admin can create an unlimited number of Rebates on the office side of the app. This will become your Rebates Catalog. You will access the Catalog to offer Rebates on a proposal.

The Catalog items cannot be edited. So you will not be able to adjust the type, description, or the amount of the Rebate created by the admin.

However, you can still create a Custom rebate on the fly before presenting a proposal to the customer (read more).

How does it work?

  1. On Summary page >> Rebates section >> click Add Rebate

  2. You will see Catalog tab and Custom tab

  3. In the Catalog tab scroll through the list of Rebates

  4. You will see if it's Customer Direct or/and has Contribution

  5. Select the Rebate that you need

  6. Click Apply

  7. You will see the applied Rebate name and amount

  8. Remove or add another one
