Closing a job is only half the battle.
Once a proposal is accepted, you may need access to valuable information such as the model numbers, accessories, AHRI numbers, notes associated with that job, survey questions, or images uploaded.
The Inspector is a detailed overview of everything included in an Accepted proposal. This document can easily be printed off or saved as a PDF so everyone on the team knows the details about that specific job.
How do I access the Inspector sheet?
To access the inspector there are two ways:
1. From Consultations List > History Log
Click on the Proposal arrows on the right-hand side
You will see the Proposal Label button that opens up Inspector:
View the details included in that job
2. From an individual proposal
Click on the Proposal (not the arrows pointing down)
Click on Inspector
You will then see the same screen as above with the details included in the job.
