FlexJobs can help you recommend custom work like ductwork on any equipment quote on the fly. If you are quoting for a larger home/space that requires more than one of the same thermostats or humidifiers, you can bundle them into a FlexJob and recommend that FlexJob on multi-system proposals. Putting professional suggestions
in front of the homeowner is part of the best practices.
The possibilities are endless, just imagine it and build it!
How does it work?
From App >> Proposals >> FlexJobs >> select a FlexJob.
Click 'Recommend'.
Optionally, you can customize your FlexJob
Recommend the same FlexJob on a proposal as many times as you like.
Remove any unwanted recommendations from the Proposal Preview.
Before presenting a proposal you can once again review recommended FlexJobs together with Accessory recommendations in the Recommended section of that screen.
Customize the Recommended any time after adding it to Proposal.
