The Total Price of every FlexJob you create is calculated using Universal FlexJob Pricing Settings in combination with the Labor Hours and Material Cost specific to the job.

If, for whatever reason, you desire to change the results of that calculation you can go ahead and Override the Total Price of any FlexJob.

How does it work?

  1. From Office >> FlexJobs Catalog >> create or edit any FlexJob

  2. In the FlexJob Pricing section turn on the Override Total Price switch

  3. Input the new desired Price

  4. The system will calculate and display the Adjustment Amount

  5. Expected Gross Profit and Expected Gross Margin will adjust accordingly

  6. Save for the new Price to apply.

πŸ”ˆ NOTE: The new Price will automatically apply to all FlexJobs unless they have been presented or accepted, so be careful when making the changes and try to always notify your team.

πŸ”ˆ NOTE: Overriding the price also prenvents users from customizing its products and installation items in the field.
