Whats new?

Once a proposal is accepted, OnCall Air sends important job related information to HouseCall Pro's backend. This pertinent data is visible within the description in HouseCall Pro.

This added information can be advantageous for both you and your team, offering insight into the contents of the accepted proposal. Additionally, it can also be used to add more detail to HouseCall Pro's consumer invoice.

Where to find this information in HouseCall Pro?

Once a proposal is accepted in OnCall Air and transferred to HouseCall Pro, navigate to the Schedule section, select unscheduled jobs, and click on the corresponding customer.

Within the service description, you will find vital job-related information from the accepted proposal, including details such as equipment, AHRI-related data, accessories, installation items, Flexjobs, add-ons, and any proposal notes associated with the consultation:

Displaying Information on HouseCall Pro Invoice

You also have the option to control the visibility of this information on the HouseCall Pro invoice. To do so, navigate to the specific job in HouseCall Pro and select "View & Send Invoice."

Navigate to the right side and scroll down to the services section. If you wish to display the description, ensure the checkbox is selected. If you prefer not to display the description, uncheck the box. Additionally, you can manage this setting at the company level by accessing settings, then navigating to invoices and customer view:
