This article will show you how to set, control, and edit the sale price of your accessories in OnCall Air.

There are two ways you can control Accessories Sales Price in the system:

  • Accessories Markup Scale (if you prefer to have a general margin)

  • Accessories Price Override (if you hold your flat rate price books dear)

Pick one!

Accessories Markup Scale lives in
Office >> Pricing Engine >> Accessories Markup

Here you can see a markup is applied based off the cost of the accessory. So in this example, an accessory that costs between $0.01 and $25.00 with a multiplier of 3.00, equals a markup of 200% or margin of 66.67%. You can adjust the multiplier accordingly and see what works best for your pricing engine.

Accessories Price Override can be found in Office >> Accessories >> Add Accessory then pick Live or Custom.

If you want to specify the flat rate price:

  • click on the desired item

  • toggle the 'Override Price' option

  • type in the price you want to present to the customer

NOTE: You cannot have both for the same item! If you override the price for a humidifier, the markup scale will NOT be applied to it.
An item without Price Override, will be marked up based on the info from your Accessories Markup scale in the Pricing Engine.
