How to bundle accessories and equipment to quote unique jobs

Including Products into a FlexJob allows you to build installation or service kits to convey more value to your customer. On the other hand, it will also make it easier for your team to efficiently build consistent quotes in the field.

You can include an unlimited number of Products when creating a FlexJob.

You can control how many of the same Products you need (line sets, ductless heads, etc.) by changing their quantity.

Any jobs without a Price Override can be customized to reflect changes in Products when building a proposal.

What is a Product?

OnCall Air defines a Product as any item (Live or Custom) that is set up under the Equipment or Accessories tabs in the Office.

Any Product that you would like to include into a FlexJob must first be:

  • added/created on the Accessories list

  • added/created on the Custom Equipment list

  • or have its series activated under the Equipment > Live tab

How does it work?

  1. From Office >> FlexJobs >> Create a new FlexJob or click to Edit an existing one.

  2. Scroll to the Included Products section.

  3. Click Add Products.

  4. Search for your Product by name, code, or description.

  5. Click to select the one you want.

  6. Once included, change its quantity or remove it.

  7. Save/Update FlexJob.

πŸ”ˆ NOTE: When you include Products, they show up chronologically. Once presented, they will sort by price starting with the most expensive.
