Most teams take their time to set up a FlexJob catalog and roll it out gradually.
If you are not ready for your team to start using a new FlexJob idea you are still working on, keep it Unpublished.
Once the job is finalized you can go ahead and Publish it.
How does it work?
From Office >> FlexJobs
Search the FlexJob you want to Publish.
Switch the toggle in the most-right column from NO to YES.
If YES is selected -- this job is visible in the Proposal Builder.
If NO is selected -- this job is not visible in the Proposal Builder.
NOTE: If you unpublish a FlexJob that is already included or recommended in a proposal that FlexJob will stay inside that proposal.
