How to include or recommend unique value on any quote

You can easily include or recommend FlexJobs when building any proposal.

FlexJobs will help show a variety of options under a single quote or enhance the services offered.

How does it work?

  1. From App >> Proposals >> Select FlexJobs.

  2. Search for the job by name, code, or description.

  3. Browse the Categories, if unsure.

  4. View/Edit

  5. Expand the job in which you are interested using the '>' button

  6. Include as many FlexJobs as needed into each proposal option.

  7. Recommend as many FlexJobs as needed into any proposal option as long as it has at least one System of FlexJob already included.

  8. Customize any FlexJob before Recommending or Including it.

  9. Use Proposal Options Preview for reviewing, inspecting, or removing FlexJobs.

  10. Continue to the Accessories page and Recommend additional Accessories

  11. Continue to the Installation Items page as long as your proposals include at least one system.

  12. Continue to the Summary page and add any Discounts, Rebates, Financing, or Deposit if needed.

  13. Click Present (or Adjust and Present).

  14. Share FlexJob value with the customer.
