Once you include or recommend a FlexJob on a proposal you and your team can view its details inside the Inspector.

⚠️ This section is for Admin users of OnCall Air.

[Included] How does it work?

Each Included FlexJob has its own section within the Inspector, similar to each system. So, if you have 3 FlexJobs included, you will see 3 collapsible sections.

Each lexJob will break down:

  1. FlexJob Category - Sub-Category - Code - Name;

  2. Included Products;

  3. Included Products pricing Summary;

  4. Included Installation Items;

  5. Included Installation Items pricing Summary;

  6. [optional] Customizations:

    > Material, Labor Hours, Labor Cost

    > Notes

  7. Summary Costs

  8. Totals

NOTE: FlexJobs are sorted by Price: from most expensive to least expensive. So you will see the most expensive FlexJobs first.

[Recommended] How does it work?

All Recommended FlexJobs only show in the Accepted Inspector. They have their own section separate from the Accessory Add-ons called FlexJob Add-Ons. You can quickly see accepted by the customer:

  1. FlexJob Category - Sub-Category - Code - Name - Cost - Price;

  2. Pricing Summary.

Or not accepted by the customer:

  1. FlexJob Category - Sub-Category - Code - Name - Cost - Price
