Right now, in order for the product to be Included when creating a FlexJob in office, it has to be added to the Accessories or Equipment list (read more).

There is no way to separate them from the list of your other items. They will show up whenever you are building a proposal under the Accessories or Equipment.

However, that may create a rather long list inside the Accessories tab when building a proposal.

That's why we suggest using the "Make Visible for" setting inside your Accessory Catalog to hide FlexJob only related items from your main list whenever possible.

Simply select only the system type that you almost never or never use and save.
