Picking the right name for your proposal options means quickly explaining the value of each job to your customer. Whether you are using the Good-Better-Best sales strategy or take a more personalized approach, Proposal Labels controls are there for you.

There are two ways to name proposals:

  1. Set Default Labels

  2. Personalize the Labels

1. How to Set Default Labels

  1. From Office >> Settings >> select Proposal Labels

  2. Enter the Labels you want to show up on all proposals by default (up to 20 characters and spaces)

  3. SAVE

2. How to Personalize the Labels

  1. From App >> Proposal >> Summary page locate Proposal Labels

  2. Find the Label you want to personalize

  3. Click on the 'pencil' icon next to that label

  4. Enter the new Label (up to 20 characters and spaces)

  5. SAVE

Note: Personalized Labels only belong to the proposal you are currently working on. Every new proposal you or your team starts will have Default Labels. You can personalize default Labels over and over again.
