Though the primary focus of OnCall Air is the digitized experience you give your customers, we understand the need to be able to print a copy of a presented proposal option. Therefore, we've made it simple to do -- in this article, we'll go over exactly where you can find the Print option.
Steps to Print a Proposal Option
Make sure you've presented the proposal. Then, navigate to the option in the presented proposal you're wishing to print out and click VIEW PROPOSAL.
On this page, you can find the Print button in the top right section of the presented option you've selected. Click it.
After clicking Print, your device should display a print preview of what the pages from your proposal option will look like when printed. You should notice that this will also include the customer's signature if this is an accepted proposal!
