Archiving a Consultation removes it from the main navigation or dashboard view of the proposal builder.

If for some reason you want to make that Consultation active again and show up on that list, you can go ahead and Unarchive it.

Since this feature is in the office, it is currently only available to admin users.

How does it work?

  • Go to Office >> Consultations >> Show Filters

  • Filter the results by 'Archived'

  • Search to locate the Consultation you want to Activate

  • Click the 'Unarchive' button

  • The Consultation will now live under the Active list

  • Switch the Filter to Active

  • The Consultation will now be there

  • It will also appear on the main navigation or dashboard view of the proposal builder

Example of Unarchiving a Consultation
