After some users reported not seeing the blue chat widget to communicate with the OnCall Air team, our quality and front-end engineers immediately started investigating the issue.
It did take some time to figure out the problem across a large variety of devices and browsers our customers use. Everything from the iPhone 6 to the Desktop PCs had to be tested.
