Estimated Savings have a few main parameters that define the outcome:
Service Address (we will find the nearest city in our database for associated records)
Zip Code (make sure it is correct or at least real)
Supported System Type (currently we only estimate savings for AC + Coil, AC + Air Handler , Heat Pump with Air Handler)
Current System's SEER (for replacement jobs)
AHRI match (only matched combinations will provide SEER ratings)
When all these criteria are matched, you will see Estimated Savings on Summary Page. If not, that row will be empty.
Finally, you can either suppress them by clicking on the eye icon or proudly show to the customer like this:
