The default bundles, created in bundle manager, you configure are not the only equipment you have access to in OnCall Air. The default bundles can always be edited and customized on the spot for any proposal you are creating.
How can I select the Alternates when building a Proposal?
Click on a Proposal >> Proposals Tab >> Live or Custom bundle
Click on the 'pencil' next to the model you need to change
Select the Brand you would like to use
Find the Series under the Brand
Click 'View Models'
Select the model that will replace the default product in the bundle for this one time
Note: If you are using live equipment, from a connected distributor, you will see live inventory and cost of the equipment you select.
How can I control what series are available for my equipment bundles? (*Live Equipment only*)
Go to Office >> Equipment >> Live
Select the Brand and Component Type
Select the Individual Series or Select All if you would like all equipment available
Click Update button
Now you can set up Bundles with these newly selected series.
