Time is everything. That is why you can see the most important information about a consultation right from the navigator inside the Consultation Info Card.
Each consultation is has a quick preview of the customer's email and the phone number so you can contact them faster.
This is also where you can see the most important dates of the consultation lifecycle:
Created Date
(Last) Presented Date
(Last) Accepted Date
Lost Date
Expiration Date
β
Even though you can take important actions on the proposal multiple times, the key dates in the Info Card always represent the last time you accepted, presented, or marked a proposal as lost.
Adversely, if the proposal is accepted or lost, it does not show any Expiration Date.
So, you will always see only the information that is relevant to the consultation status.
Status | Dates on the Info Card |

π€ Once the proposal is accepted, the Accepted Date will show up.
