Every time you view the navigator after logging in, coming back from the office, or clicking Clear Filters, you will see the list of all consultations created since the beginning of the program. As a consultant, you will see only your own proposals. As an admin, you will see proposals made by everyone on the team.

  • To follow up with the customers whose proposals are about to expire, you can use the Status and View by Date filters.

How Follow-Up Works

  1. Select Status Presented

  2. Select View by Date as Expiration Date

  3. Select the daterange of interest

πŸ”ˆ Ask our team to set up the new expiration interval for all your proposals.

For example, I would like to give a call to all customers whose quotes are expiring in the next 7 days.

  • I will use the filters to see all Presented where the Expiration Date is between today, August 9, and later in the month, August 16.

  • After the list is ready, I can expand each proposal's info card, give them a call or send an email right away.

  • While on the phone, I can quickly pull up the last version they were presented with so we can get on the same page.
