Sometimes a specific customer might not want to get a followup email reminding them about the presented proposal.
The most effective way, in that case, is to use the Mark as Lost feature.
When you mark a consultation as lost, you also pause the Auto Follow-up emails that are still in the queue.
The email will restart if the status goes back to Presented.
Keep in mind that putting the proposal back to draft mode or archiving it also prevents the emails from sending.
