Every time you present a consultation, the system snapshots the Total Investment for each proposal option. After editing a presented proposal and navigating to the summary page you would want to see the price you offered to the customer before editing.
That’s why any user in the company who has access to the summary view of this particular consultation will see the “Prior Value: $X,XXX.XX”

If you are editing a presented proposal and them using the “Adjust Price and Present” you will also see the “Prior Total Investment: $X,XXX.XX”
