You can start a proposal from ServiceTitan by following these steps.

Step 1 | In ServiceTitan create a job for an existing or new customer

Step 2 | Add “OnCall Air” tag

Step 3 | Click Book

Step 4 | In OnCall Air search for the Customers name.
