How can I start a proposal from ServiceTitan?
You can start a proposal from ServiceTitan by following these steps.
Step 1: In ServiceTitan create a job for an existing or new customer
Important: Technician Assigned in ServiceTitan must be a Managed Technician.
Please ensure that the Technicians Email Address in their ServiceTitan Profile matches their User email address in OnCall Air.
Step 2: Add “OnCall Air” tag
Note: If you have trouble creating the Tag please reach out to ServiceTitan Support
Step 3: Click Book
Step 4: In OnCall Air search for the Customers name.
