How to Access ServiceTitan Client ID & Secret?
Steps to Accessing OnCall Air & Service Titan Integration required information.
In this document you will see step by step on how to obtain Service Titan Client ID & Client Secret.
After obtaining both Client ID & Client Secret, you will need to paste the information into the OnCall Air & ServiceTitan Form
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Click Integrations
Step 3: Click App Application Access
Step 4: Click Connect New App
Step 5: Click OnCall Air App and then connect
Step 5: Copy the Tenant ID and Client ID. Click on generate to get client secret.
Step 6: Paste the required information into the Formstack form (Link is provided in the OnCall Air and ServiceTitan: Next Steps email)
Step 7: Once Customer Success team receives the form, they will notify you via email that the connection is complete!
