Since we want to run on any device and any browser (but do NOT recommend Internet Explorer), there's no OnCall Air app that you can download.
However, you can add it as a shortcut on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device home screen. Here's how!
How to Create Shortcut on iPhone
In your Safari browser:
Tap the Share button, which is the box with an up arrow located on the bottom of your screen
On the menu press Add to Home Screen
Tap Add

In your Safari browser:
Tap the Share button, which is the box with an up arrow located on the top right of the screen
On the menu, press Add to Home Screen

How to Create Shortcut on Android phone (Firefox)
In your Firefox browser:
Tap the Add to home button, which is the house shape with a "+" on the inside that's located on the top right of your screen.
Tap the message that says "+ ADD TO HOME SCREEN"
A pop up will appear stating "Add to home screen? Touch and hold an icon or tap 4. ADD to add it to the Home screen" Cancel / ADD

In your Chrome browser...
Tap the Menu icon (Three vertical dots located on the top right of your screen)
On the menu, select "Add to Home screen"
A pop up will appear with the heading "ADD to Home screen" Cancel / Add
Tap Add
A secondary pop up will appear stating "Add to home screen?
Touch and hold an icon or tap ADD to add it to the Home screen" Cancel / ADD
