In 2023 AHRI will introduce a new rating system commonly referred to as SEER2. To facilitate this transition, OnCall Air has created an easy way for users to get familiar with the new ratings. This can be a great opportunity to learn the new matchups and make sure your bundles are updated to fit your selling strategy!

Where will the SEER2 ratings be displayed?
In general, the pre-2023 legacy AHRI data will still be displayed in grey until 2023.
Any equipment matchup that returns a new SEER2 rating will be displayed in green.
Let's take a look at where you'll can find these new ratings!
You can easily identify SEER2 matchups on the Proposal Tab when building a consultation:
Or when customizing a bundle:
AHRI Information will also be found on both the Accepted and Presented Proposal Inspector:
Last but not least, you will see the AHRI information in the Bundle Manager located in the Office. This is a great way to review and update your bundles with the new matchups you want to offer:
